Membership renewals may be cancelled by emailing nuggetuniversity@gmail.com from the subscription email account.
Requests should be sent at least 48 hours before renewal. A cancellation requested inside that window may incur a 3% cancellation fee. Once a subscription renews, that month of service is non-refundable.
CNU Rewards points are forfeited if a student does not attend for two consecutive months.
